Campaign Finance
Campaign finance disclosures provide public transparency into financial transactions made for political purposes in North Dakota. All candidates, elected officeholders (including those appointed to elected roles), political parties, and organizations created for political purposes must report campaign finance information.
We are transitioning to a new campaign finance system and will be working over the coming year to migrate data to ensure a seamless experience. During the transition period, campaign finance information will be located in the Campaign Finance Reporting System (CFRS) as well as the Archive for prior years.
Campaign Finance Data Migration Timeline
The Campaign Finance Reporting System is set to have a full 5-years of reported data available by January 2028.
