Who Must Report
Elected officeholders, candidates, campaigns, organizations, and individuals who serve in a Governor-appointed role, either as an appointed agency head or as a member of a specialized board, have financial disclosure requirements. These reports provide the public with transparency into political activities and the interests of those who serve them.
Additional information about who is subject to financial disclosure requirements can be found in NDCC § 16.1-08.1.
County, city, school board, and park board offices - Campaign Finance and Statement of Interests reporting information can be found on the Local Government Offices page. These offices do NOT file with the state's online systems.
