Campaign Finance Reports
Campaign finance disclosure reports and statements of interests are required each year for required filers, and more frequently for those seeking candidacy for ballot access. The following are upcoming filing deadlines.

Statement of Interests
Statement of interests must be submitted for each role you serve in. As an example, if you serve as a legislator and serve on a Governor-appointed board, you would file two (2) statement of interests – 1) as a legislator, and 2) as a board member.

Late Fees
All campaign finance statements must be filed in a timely manner according to the applicable due date. If the statement is not timely filed, the filing officer is authorized to charge and collect a late fee as follows (NDCC § 16.1-08.1-06.1).
- $25 - If filed within 6 days after the due date
- $50 - If filed within 11 days after the due date
- $100 - If filed 12 or more days after the due date
